How to Login EPFO


 log in to your EPFO (Employees’ Provident Fund Organisation) account, follow these steps:

  1. Visit the EPFO Member Portal: Go to the official EPFO member portal website. The URL for the EPFO member portal is https://www.epfindia.gov.in/site_en/index.php.
  2. Click on ‘For Employees’: On the homepage of the EPFO website, look for the section titled ‘For Employees’ and click on it.
  3. Choose ‘Member UAN/Online Services (OCS/OTCP)’: Under the ‘Services’ section for employees, click on ‘Member UAN/Online Services (OCS/OTCP)’.
  4. Enter Your UAN (Universal Account Number): You will be directed to the EPFO login page. Enter your UAN (Universal Account Number), which is a unique number assigned to each EPF member. Ensure your UAN is activated; if not, you need to activate it using the steps provided on the portal.
  5. Enter Password: Enter your password. If you have not set a password yet or have forgotten it, you can reset it using the ‘Forgot Password’ option on the login page. You will need to provide your UAN, registered mobile number, and member ID to reset your password.
  6. Enter Captcha: Complete the captcha verification to prove you are not a robot.
  7. Click on ‘Sign In’: After entering your UAN, password, and captcha, click on the ‘Sign In’ button to access your EPFO account.
  8. Access Your Account: Once logged in, you can view your EPF balance, download your EPF passbook, update KYC details, and perform other EPFO-related services.

If you encounter any issues during the login process, such as forgetting your UAN or password, the EPFO portal provides options to recover/reset them to regain access to your account.
